I was looking for a way to express myself and discovered I really enjoyed painting.  I have known how creative I can be, but I wanted to come up with something that was new.  A new way to display art that is useful and unique, as well as having a positive effect on people’s lives.

I see things in everyday life that inspires what I paint. I am also inspired by my career of 23 years. I was a Firefighter/paramedic for a large city. My career awarded me the opportunity to experience helping others in many different ways. But what I took away from all of it was how every scenario, scene, or situation was different.

Experiences always changing and constantly learning from them.

I love that I use Upcycled bottles! I have a variety of sizes, shapes and colors for the backdrop of my artwork. This creative reuse adds environmental value, and reduces waste. Furthermore, I have illuminated these hand painted originals with battery powered mini light strands. You can enjoy them day or night, and display them for any occasion. These keepsakes make excellent gifts too!
